How COSMO works, sixteen ways to show it.

Every concept below is built from COSMO's own illustrations and language, rebuilt as simple interactives for the website. One graphic, one interaction, one sentence on screen at a time. Pick the ones that create the clearest "aha."

Concept 01

Category Explorer

The one we built. Five slim columns spelling C·O·S·M·O. Select one to see the action, the question, what gets discussed, and the result. Select its header again to close it.

Concept 02

The Bridge

COSMO's signature illustration. Five planks carry you across the gap between current reality and a desired future. Take a plank out and the crossing fails. Put it back and the bridge holds.

Concept 03

The Attention Square

Clarity, Ownership, Structure, and Momentum interplay around desired Outcomes. The category that needs attention gets more room. Select a quadrant to give it attention.

Concept 04

The Dynamic Cycle

Growth is rarely a straight line. Clarity anchors the center while every category interacts with the others. Select a circle.

Concept 05

The Pattern of Achievement

Underneath the five categories sits a natural human pattern: know, accept, align, mature, finish. Step through it.

Concept 06

Question Cards

COSMO opens with questions, not jargon. Each card leads with the question a leader asks. Flip it for the action and the result.

Concept 07

Hero Letter Flip

For the homepage hero. The five letters sit under the headline; when the strip reaches the middle of the screen, each tile flips up to reveal what it stands for. Scroll back above it to reset, or select a tile to flip it yourself.

One Shared Leadership Language

For Every Leader. Every Team.

COSMO is the leadership operating system that aligns decision-making, planning, and execution from the front desk to the boardroom.

Proven for 30+ years. Trusted by leaders across industries.

Keep scrolling. Concept 08 flips the same strip with inverted colors.

Concept 08

Hero Letter Flip, Inverted

Same mechanic as concept 07, but the flip swaps the colors: solid color tiles with light letters become light tiles with the word in that category's color. Quieter after the flip, so the headline keeps the weight.

Concept 09 A

Five Actions Arrow: Anchored Readout

The arrow is the equation, and Outcomes is the target it lands on rather than a fifth chevron. The reading line belongs to the graphic: a colored rule slides to sit under the open action while the practice text keeps one steady, left-aligned home below. The shared-language paragraph leads the section instead of trailing the graphic.

When leaders & teams across your organization share a common language and operating system, alignment to reach desired outcomes becomes consistent and repeatable.

Concept 09 B

Five Actions Arrow: Callout Plate

The open action speaks onto a white plate: a pointer tracks the selected chevron and the practice text sits on its own surface, clearly apart from the arrow. The closing thought moves into a navy band, a full surface change that ends the section.

Concept 09 C

Five Actions Arrow: Split Readout

Action name on the left, practice on the right, hairline between. The two-column readout breaks the centered-stack rhythm and keeps lines short. The closing thought is set apart as an italic statement over its own rule.

Concept 09 D

Five Actions Arrow: Readout with CTA

A sharpened center readout with a chevron glyph quoting the arrow, and the closing thought pairs with the briefing button as supporting copy for an action instead of floating on its own.

Concept 10

The Vertical Path

The same five-action equation, stood upright: the arrow runs down the page in sequence, closing on the Outcomes target, and the open action steps forward into a plate that carries its practice text. Suited to narrow columns and pages that read top to bottom. The closing thought keeps the navy band.

Concept 11

The Equation

For the section that answers "do we have to drop what we already use?" No containers around the terms, so nothing competes with the tiles. The people read as a group rather than a row of separate icons, and the COSMO term carries no caption because the tiles already spell it.

Your organization may already use EOS, Gallup, Working Genius, Agile, Lean, DISC, or another proven methodology. COSMO doesn't replace those investments; it multiplies their strength. It gives your leaders the shared language and relational skills to connect and apply them more consistently.

Concept 12

The Puzzle

The same argument made structurally. Three pieces start apart, slide together as the section arrives, and lock into one shape. COSMO is the piece that completes what the organization already has, which is exactly the objection this section exists to answer.

Concept 13

The Wheel

One turning system with three arcs that depend on each other. The result sits at the hub because it is what the wheel produces, and the gold arc reads as COSMO closing the loop. The quietest of the three, and the easiest to reuse at small sizes.
