Every concept below is drawn from an illustration COSMO already uses in its training manual, rebuilt as a simple interactive for the website. One graphic, one interaction, one sentence on screen at a time. Pick the ones that create the clearest "aha."

The one we built. Five letter panels spelling C·O·S·M·O. Select a category and it expands to show the action, the question, what gets discussed, and the result.
Concept 02

COSMO's signature illustration. Five planks carry you across the gap between current reality and a desired future. Take a plank out and the crossing fails. Put it back and the bridge holds.
Concept 03
Source: COSMO Square illustration, manual p. 47
Clarity, Ownership, Structure, and Momentum interplay around desired Outcomes. The category that needs attention gets more room. Select a quadrant to give it attention.
Concept 04
Source: Unifying Approach illustration, manual p. 23
COSMO doesn't replace the tools your organization already uses. It unifies them. Select a tool to see which part of COSMO thinking it connects to.
Concept 05

Growth is rarely a straight line. Clarity anchors the center while every category interacts with the others. Select a circle.
Concept 06
Source: COSMO Pyramid illustration, manual p. 46
Growth as an upward journey: each stage builds on the last, from Clarity at the base to Outcomes at the peak. Select a layer.
Concept 07
Source: COSMO Bridge, manual p. 21, expressed as a journey
Drag from where you are to where you want to be. Each category is a mile marker on the way.
Concept 08
Source: Concept Map verbs, manual pp. 41 and 54
Underneath the five categories sits a natural human pattern: know, accept, align, mature, finish. Step through it.
Concept 09
Source: Rapid Growth Organization exercise, manual p. 57
The same five categories diagnose an organization that is growing fast and one that is losing ground. Toggle the condition.
Draft copy for illustration only. The real lines come from Jerri Ann's class exercise and need her confirmation.Concept 10
